Who Called Me From These Numbers?

Yep, that was me. You requested information about life insurance and I called. I'm Lenny Burton. I don't want to waste your time any more than I want to waste mine, so everything you need is on this page, including how to make the calls stop.

Why you might see four different ones

I'm licensed in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Texas, and each state has its own local number so I'm not calling you from an area code you've never seen before. They all reach me. They all end in 5433, which spells LIFE on a keypad.

You have control

Text STOP to any of my numbers

One STOP takes you off all four. It happens immediately. I don't review it and I don't approve it.

Send it from the phone I called. Texting me from a different phone opts out that other number instead of yours.

QR code that opens a text message addressed to (772) 675-5433

Scanning opens a text to (772) 675-5433. Some phones fill in STOP for you and some don't. If it's blank, type STOP and send.

Opt out, or tell me something

If you're opting out, I send one text asking you to reply STOP. Replying is what takes you off. The number you type in gets used for that and nothing else. Texting STOP straight to any of my numbers does the same thing without the form.

Common questions

How did you get my number?

You gave it to me. Either on askforlenny.com or on a form asking for life insurance information that got passed to me. I don't buy scraped lists. If you want to know exactly where yours came from, ask me in the form above and I'll tell you.

Why do four different numbers call me?

Whichever one matches your state is the one you'll see. I'm licensed in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Texas and each has its own local line. If you've seen more than one, a record listed more than one state.

Is this a scam?

No. My producer number is 19046937 and my Florida license is W548097. Both are public record and you can look them up yourself. I'll never ask you for payment over the phone or by text, and no policy exists unless you sign a written application.

What happens if I don't answer?

I stop after a set number of attempts. Texting STOP ends it now instead of waiting me out.

I texted STOP and still got a message.

A message already sending when your STOP arrived can still land. Nothing after that should. If it does, tell me in the form above.

What do you actually do?

I'm an independent agent, so I compare policies from multiple carriers instead of selling one company's product. The first conversation is figuring out how much coverage your family needs and what it costs.
